Sales Tax: Sales tax will be charged where applicable. Since we are a California Corporation all California taxes will be charged. All other states are exempt form sales taxes for transactions via the Internet, or wherever we do not have a physical presence. Such sales taxes, or any other local, federal, or state taxes that apply shall be added to your invoice amount and will appear on your credit card charge.

Freight & Shipping: Freight & Shipping charges will be charged at the rate of $4.95/order, unless your order exceeds $75... in this case shipping will be FREE. All shipments to Canada are charged a flate rate of $8.95.

Title of goods: All products become the property of the transportation company, ups, fedex, usps, etc. during shipment until signed for, or received by customer, whichever is customarily applicable my method used. Claims for shortages, or damage while goods are in transit are to be settled by consignee and carrier.

Returns: 1. All questions regarding workmanship, or defects in the products purchased should be handled through our return customer service department by Clicking Here!. Be sure to state the problem briefly in your request for an RMA# (Return Material Authorization).

2. No credit shall be given unless you include a copy of the original printed invoice. This invoice will have all the pertinent data, your name, credit card#, etc. so that we can properly credit your card.

3. No credit will be given if we find that over 50% of the product has been used. In some cases No credit will be given if we find that upon inspection the product has been tampered with, damaged, or defaced in any manner that ceased it's function.

4. We may recommend sending you a replacement product instead of issuing a credit to your account. This cannot be done until we receive the product back, and it must be stated clearly on the return address & agreed to by E-mailing our RMA Department.

5. Customer must return all products back at their own expense. We can issue a refund for freight if requested by customer once the product(s) are received. The max reimbursable freight for a return shipment is $3.85. You are responsible for keeping track of method of shipment, tracking numbers, insurance, etc. If a product is lost in shipment we cannot issue credit & it is your responsibility to obtain credit from carrier.

6. No credit will be given on products returned that do not have all original boxing and packaging.

7. No returns will be accepted on any product that is over 90 days old unless previously warrantied in writing by our company.

Lost Packages: If the package is lost because the customer entered an incorrect Shipping address at time of purchase; they are liable for the order amount.

If the package is lost and the customer entered the correct shipping information. We will not issue a refund or reship for 10 business days. (grace period) This is to allow time for the package to return to us via the post office.

If the package is lost and was shipped via UPS, we can provide you with a tracking# that will allow you check the status on the order.
