If the part# on the box does not match what you ordered.. it does not mean that you were shipped incorrectly. The part# on the cartridge will almost always be different that the part#'s we use on the website.

If your printer model is not listed on the outside of the cartridge box.. it also does not mean that you were shipped incorrectly. New printers are released everyday.. our boxes only list the most popular compatible printer models.

If the product does not fit in your machine.. please be sure you have removed the shipping clip and/or blue tape from the print cartridge before installation. *Watch an Online Video

Most of the returns that come back as a "Wrong Product" are actually the correct product. We ask that you contact our Customer Service Dep't & Watch our TroubleShooting Videos before returning a product you think might be incorrect. Toll-Free at 866-203-4476. Mon-Fri 9am-5pm PST.

We do not accept Genuine OEM Ink & Toner back for replacement or exchange. Any issues arising from the use of Genuine OEM Ink & Toner must be directed towards the OEM manufacturer directly.

If you ordered the incorrect product(s) you will need to send back your product for a REFUND, NOT exchange & place a new order here for the correct product(s).

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are non-refundable except in the event of a packing error.

Orders that received Free Shipping will be refunded the full purchase price minus $4.95 for shipping fees.
